I can't eat salami cause I am convinced it smells/tastes like feet. If I have a sauce on my plate (mayo or mustard) it is a very tiny amount and it has to be in the very corner of my plate so as not to touch anything else I hate having my salad on the same plate as my meal so I always have a separate bowl for salad.

Find a food that you really love. I adore peanut/almond/almond and chocolate butters and spreads. So I have a jar at home and whenever I reach for something bad outside I just remember my reward for being good. And then I come home and enjoy. In general though it's pretty hard. Oikos 2% plain is my staple but I'm thinking of switching to iogo 2% plain because it tastes better. Ever thought about trying cottage cheese? If you don't have an extremely active lifestyle and are short 1200 is perfectly fine. I'm around 5' 7" and I swim a lot so I eat 1400 on sedentary days and up to 2000 on active days. It really depends on the person. So to some people 1200 is that difficult, to others it might not be. My net is usually around 1200.
