On rest days do you do no exercise? I struggle with rest days because I feel like I should be doing something and then I worry that it will trigger my habit of pushing off exercise. Right now I am doing an hour of Fit Body Bootcamp and 30 minutes of walking 5 days a week.

Today is finally my rest day and my body is going to thank me for it π€£ Double session bootcamp all week but got my scans and lost 6 inches from my torso in 6 weeks!
