For the last 2 weeks I have been doing Fit Body Boot Camp 1 to 2 times a day. Finally starting to feel like I was hit by a car instead of a train. #improvement 🤣

I started a boot camp on Monday and made it there every day. I still go to my personal trainer twice a week. I feel like I got hit by a truck this week....but in a good way?

This weekend went okay. Few not perfect moments but I don't strive for perfect :) I am going to try and do better about planning meals this week. I don't do well planning ahead for the whole week but going to try for the day before instead of staring into my fridge trying to decide what to make.

My first week went decently well restarting... Sunday was not my best but 6 out of 7 days is a vast improvement :)

Hey Katie! I hear you on the gym membership... I pay for it and then use it really well for a month... than not for 3 and then I get mad at myself for wasting money and do it really well again for a month... the viscous cycle...
