Hi I'm not sure of your fitness level. But Michele Dozois Peak 10 DVDs are great. I do the Cardio Strength DVDs. It's high intensity cardio and weight lighting. You will definitely will not get bored. And you feel the burn in a good way! :) message me if you have any questions.

Hi, don't give up! I didn't do the prep schedule. I just went right into the 20 week program. I didn't start seeing results/weight loss until week 5.
