  • Perhaps add foods that are higher in calories but are good for you. If you have a salad add half an avocado, that's an easy 100-150 cals with good oils. Or nuts.   • I use almond milk for breakfast. It's very low calorie and if you are having a bland cereal or something and you use the original almond milk (not unsweetened) then you don't require any sugar, artificial sweetener etc. Having said that, don't expect it to be lolly milk.
  • Are you gaining muscle? Maybe you should take measurements instead of weight. See if nothing at all is changing.

  • Also if you eat cereal, you could always try almond milk. I have it with weetbix every morning and I never need sugar. It has waaay less calories than regular milk and even skim, it's actually getting a bit sweet for me so I may soon be switching to the "unsweetened" variety.
