I work at Golds so I am going to say stick with Golds :p lol Honestly I would say it depends on your needs, i.e classes, environment, pool, Jacuzzi, location, money. I've had a membership with 24 hour and some of the smaller gyms, and sticking with a bigger gym just keeps me going.
