Well, I agree it is easy to get derailed in especially so early your journey. With that said, the eating plan I am on allows me one free day to eat what I want up to a certain amount of calories. I recommend reading Choose to Lose, by Chris Powell. This book offers a way to look at dieting differently. I hope this helps!…
