I would LOVE new friends, especially those with near or over 100 lbs to lose! Inspiration would be lovely and I will support as well!

Welcome! I think you did the right thing in deciding to log your food and exercise. I have a lot of similar traits as you, especially the shy part and giving up on yourself. I've gained so much weight in the past two years from anxiety induced laziness and becoming complacent telling myself "it's not a big deal being…

What a great intro post. You seem really nice and fun! I hope your journey is successful and I'm sure your daughter is proud!

I'm pretty sure a majority of us has had days like that! Don't beat yourself up too much about it. Even the most healthy and in-shape person will go overboard. If it helps you mentally, subtract something this week that you would normally treat yourself too, that way your inner psyche can be at peace for the slip up 😀

I have been on and off of MFP since 2010. I now have a husband for support but it would be really nice to have friends in here to be accountable. Any extra boost or positive comments really will help ♥️

Outside of all the normal reasons I want to reduce my breast size and fit in to some hoodies I bought that ended up being too small 😂

Hello! Welcome to MFP. Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm usually lurking around on here and stay very active on the feeds. Best of luck!

I would LOVE more friends. I'm 28 year old female currently at 253 lbs and looking to drop to 150. I'm currently at the highest weight I've ever been and it sucks! I'm active on here and will post the goods and bads, the victories and blahs!
-
You may add me too. I'm looking to lose 94 pounds in total to make my goal of 150. I stay pretty active on the website and love giving support!
-
I need to lose weight, especially before summer too. I'll be happy to support you if you support me too!

Yay! That's awesome. Congrats on your new lifestyle :)
-
Major congrats to you! :D I bet it feels awesome!
-
I'm at 253 and looking at 100 pounds just like you are
-
I am 5'3 inches and on a quest to lose 94 pounds, so I feel you! Friend request being sent over. :)
-
I love that dress! It looks awesome on your new body. Major congrats!

I've done some JM videos before, and totally agree. She'll kick your butt and make sure you feel it the next morning! Haha. Thanks for the tips :)
-
Wow, fantastic job! Any tips for us weight loss beginners?
-
What an inspiration you are! Such a big change from both those pictures. Sounds like you made a complete 180 degrees for the better. And good luck to your father and his current struggles!
-
Awesome job! This is a great motivator!
-
That is great news. Congrats on such a big victory!
-
That's awesome! I really have always wanted to run and haven't really been "getting my feet warm" yet. It's such an inspiration that you posted this. It's fun to see what we can do and what we can accomplish. Awesome job and keep it up!
-
Wow, thank you for sharing this with us!
-
Woohooo! Awesome job on your success, and a great NSV! I'm tired of my arm "wings" too! Haha.
-
LMFAO! I'm at work and giggling like mad at that.

I understand your story so well. I was a college student until 2008, and ballooned. And after college I got so comfortable in my 8-5 job that after waking up early, walking to work, work, going home, the evenings turned into couch potato or relax time. I justified that because I had a good 2.25 mile walk that day, most…

WOW! You look like a whole new person! Check out that long lean torso! Fantastic job! :smokin:

I loved Black Swan! People made it out to be a super sexual, confusing, nasty movie. When I watched it, I was shocked at how strong the psychological messages were, and the dark beauty of it all. You could actually feel the progression to darkness.

Rina, currently I'm doing about the same thing. Hitting my caloric intake goals, making sure I am staying active since I have a sedentary job, and now trying to focus on cleaner, more natural eating. Good luck to you, and have fun with it!

It all starts with the logging. You will be totally surprised how many ACTUAL calories you are eating if you are diligent about logging. It really makes you think about what you are doing to yourself. Secondly, stay motivated, but also realize this is a lifestyle change. You are allowed to slip up now and again. I've…
