I've NEVER worn a two piece or bikini. But that's going to change this summer! I am committed to finally getting to wear one. So motivated in fact that yesterday I bought a two piece. This summer I'm DONE with one pieces. I don't care how many crunches and days at the gym it takes!

I personally weigh myself every Saturday morning, and I put my new number regardless if it's negative or positive (hopefully not in the plus!). It keeps me in track, and it updates so all my friends on here will see it. If it's in the plus, I know I have a good support system that will get my butt back in gear!

What helps with my cravings is to get different flavored teas. Usually something with a caramel flavor will help the sweet tooth and it's 0 calories, and helps with water intake.

Totally agree with above. We all have our moments and "fall off the wagon". It's really about picking yourself, starting a new day, and recommitting to your health. This is life, we are allowed some fun and some mistakes. :)

I work out evenings Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Wednesday I focus most on weights. Thursday I mix weights and treadmill running. The loss of pets can be really hard. I dread the day one of mine go. But great job finding a good emotional release. Sometimes it's just so easy to sit on the couch and drown out sorrows with comfort, but then you feel even worse later! Boxing sounds so much fun as well, thanks for the inspiration!

Hmm. What I would suggest is perhaps researching it on the internet and then when logging your exercise, manually entering it. It's what I've done in the past with exercises not found on the exercise list. :)

Wow, that was a great and necessary read. I have to admit I even got a bit discouraged in working out and eating mostly clean and only losing .8 of a point. But she's right in that blog. Obsessing over a scale isn't going to necessarily show you all the changes in your body. Great read.
