I'm a ballerina in training and I don't want to look out of place with all the pther tiny girls who dance. It's tough though, some of them are RIDICULOUS.

Cassey is amazing, I love these workouts. I always start the day with a ten minute cardio and try and fit in 2 or 3 other workouts throughout the afternoon/evening. It's so much easier to forget the pain when you're listening to her ramble, haha.
