I just started taking the pill about 5 months ago and I have lost 30+ lbs. I think it is different with everyone, although I have not gained any weight I did pick up some other symptoms like fatigue and I can be a emotional mess sometimes.

$30.00 a week is easy, browse your stores sales, don't buy name brand, store brand is just as good and a lot cheaper. (At least at our store). My family of 4 (1 is under 1yr, so spending on baby items is a little pricey) can get groceries under $400 for a month. My husband and I budget wisely and that isn't getting junk…

I started last Monday, this is my 2nd round of 30DS. Count me in, I want to be close to my mini goal of 200 by January 1st. (currently 213)

I agree! I went to a wedding recently some of the items on the registry were chip and dip set for $60 and salt and pepper shakers for $40. Really? And this is from a couple who ( I & the people we are related to ) just couldn't picture ever needing or even wanting a majority of all the things they were asking for.

She was talking about herself losing 50lbs.

I started it on 9/22, it has so far helped me in losing weight. I have lost 5lbs doing it as of 10/08, I haven't weighed myself since then, I plan to on 10/22. I'd say I will have lost close to 10lbs ( Hoping I will have) and I know for sure that I have gained muscle. Not to mention my eating hasn't been the best, the week…

My children are 3 and 4months. I just feel like being at home I sit more than anything.
