I've noticed a few good points other people have made. I do have to say that I'm enjoying my workouts more, because I'm getting better, stronger and faster. I'm 5' tall and 125 lbs. My heaviest was 132 lbs and it took me 18 months to lose 16 lbs with Weight Watchers. I couldn't maintain 116 lbs but settled at 120 lbs, which they said was fine because I work out. But I started a new job in January and there's always treats around!
