For those who weight everyday question, do you log in Mfp?

Good in Cali. Drive safe. My husband has left me at home with 3 kids for the weekend. Yuppie. I am off tomorrow. I plan on beach, beach, reading and more beach and reading. Will try to walking for at least an hour everyday.

I just walked to my husbands friends house and back. My friend lives the next town over 2 miles away. It took me almost 2 hours. I am so proud of myself. My husbands friend thought I was crazy. I walked 21410 steps and 10 miles.

Funny. Every time I weight myself more then once a week, I freak out. I honestly know that the numbers are going to change durning the week but still find myself on that darn thing. I keep it to Friday mornings. Other then that, trying to get all my steps in.

Done well so far with my water. Had pretzels twice not so good but we don't have any food in the house. Hoping I can get in a walk. First day back from vacation. Ugh.

Ok happy Saturday, I have to work tonight. Yucky but upside lots of steps and lifting heavy trays. My exercise goal is push ups. 2 sets of 25 everyday. Food goal stay on top of my numbers. Have a great week everyone.

My girls are 15 and 13 and my boy is 8. My 13 yr old also comes with me too. I love walking with them cause they talk, I learn so much about them.

wow i have not been good about checking in. i can't beleieve its been a month starting 179.8 today 175.0 almost 5lbs. i am very happy with the results. it means i get to wear my new sneakers.

i love my fitbit. i usally put all my info in mfp then is links over to fitbit. i don't understand the calorie burning and deficet thing yet. i really like to see the number of steps i take and how far i have gone. it usually links itself , so if i forget to put in an activity fitbit has already put it in. i am lazy…

Can't see your dairy can't tell what your eating. If you just started it's gonna take some time to get the hang of it. Are you over or under your intake? I have to say for myself. Everyday is a challenge to balance my calories with working out and my busy family life. It's a journey. Good luck.

Your only in day 3. Give your body a chance to adjust to the new way of eating. Eating small meals 5/6 times a day is a good start. Raw vegs help low calorie and good for you. Good luck

I don't have a gym membership and have done great. I usually have one my three kids with me too. My boy 7 years old very active loves to ride his bike while I jog/walk. I you just have to find any second you can. Good luck

Anna, I am sorry to hear you are having a hard time. You are not the only one. Remember men can and usually lose weight faster then women. Just stick with it. I know it's hard. Each day is a new one. Try to do a but more protein. Try to eat 4-6 meals a day. The same thing happened to me when I first started Mfp. Exersize really helped after a bit. Fresh air helps too. Good luck

I even tried ice water. I still get sleepy if I am up too late. 10am stinks and then around 5pm. Junk

Thanks all just getting back. I figured out my sleepys was the meds I was taking. Not sleepy anymore, unless I work the 2nd job too much. Lol
