One day at a time. You can’t not , not have stuff. Just eat half.

Every day it will get better. I’m learning from what did the day before and trying really hard to repeat it. I am finding it hard to lowery calorie intake. Wow I didn’t realize how much I was eating.

It went ok. It’s hard to get any time to myself. I have to leave the apt to do that. My husband is there all the time. I’m up at 6-630. I like that time but sometimes my husband is up at that time also. Lol. I did not do good eating but. Work in progress.

Walked fir the first time in prob a year. I had my knee done. Meniscus. Hurt a little. Feels likes a grinding. Really tight. Start pt tomorrow. I did it. I’m so happy. 🤗🤗🤗🏃♀️

Day late. I can’t seem to stay awake past 7pm Logged Under - little lit under Exercise - not yet. Bad knee. Do go up and down the stairs for my work.

Everyday is a challenge. We may not have scale movement. Don’t forget about non-scale achievement. Maybe your jeans are fitting better. For me that is sometimes better then movement on the scale.
