@brandi_84 you are right! I was able to get into the community on my app just now! It runs a lot better in the app than on Chrome on my phone... I'm still not sure how to navigate!

I went and signed up for a free week at the local gym and had a pretty decent workout today. 25 minutes arc trainer, 25 minutes weight machines, and then I got roped into trying a class which ended up being a lot of fun! It was "Drums ALIVE" which was a completely new experience. I did so many jumping Jack's that my legs are going to be hating me tomorrow!
And, I stayed under(tracked) my goal today!
What a good start to the week!
I'm calling it a night and getting some sleep!5 -

Well done, Christine!
And there's more....team The Big Butt Theory took top honours last week with the greatest number of pounds lost (15.2 lbs.) AND the greatest percentage lost (0.66%). Now, most of that was thanks to Melissa losing the most weight last week (9.2 lbs) and Shawnee losing the second most weight last week (4.2 lbs.) So well done to these two ladies and to anyone that posted a loss and helped the team secure top spot!!
And for those of us that didn't contribute to the team's success last week (me, included!)...let's strive to make a contribution this week!!4 -

@IvanaKirilova Okay, this is where I take your hand and gently rein you back in. Two pounds per week is actually considered the exact right amount of weight to lose, unless of course one is trying to lose that last little bit, then it is much less, or if one is morbidly obese, then they can stand to lose a little more. Think about it...two pounds per week is over 100 pounds in a year!! Yes, some people, when starting out on a calorie reduced diet, see losses of fifteen pounds (for example) during those first three weeks. Of course, it is mostly water and that rate of loss will not continue. It will settle down to the healthy and desired one to two pounds per week.
All that being said, congratulations on a solid two pound loss this week, and for being into the 70's! What I wouldn't give right now to have my second number be a "7"!!
Thank you! I considered it nothing mainly because I thought it was only water and food waste. I'm looking forward to results this week too and then I can be sure if I'm really making any progress☺2 -

Me either! @brandi_84 or @cmhubbard92 if either one of you can tell me where bookmarks are I'd appreciate it. On my PC they're on the right, on Kindle they're on the bottom. My phone 🤷♀️😂1 -
@DaffyGirl88 they're at the bottom in the app, too... I miss "notifications" being at the top.2

@everydaywechoose it was a fun class, and I've never done a class besides step aerobics in middle school and a goat yoga class this past summer! I'm also not a big fan of dancing(not coordinated enough) but I definitely had fun! I think I am going to try bodypump tonight.4 -

@everydaywechoose it was a fun class, and I've never done a class besides step aerobics in middle school and a goat yoga class this past summer! I'm also not a big fan of dancing(not coordinated enough) but I definitely had fun! I think I am going to try bodypump tonight.
@cmhubbard92 Oh do!!! I love Body Pump!! There are still songs from earlier releases that when I hear on the radio my body wants to start doing squats or bicep curls. LOL Be advised that your quads will be screaming tomorrow, but it's definitely worth it. *sigh* my gym never reopened. I've tried a couple of body pump classes on YouTube but can't get into them like a real class. Be sure to report back.2 -

@DaffyGirl88 I did bodypump! It was challenging but I liked it a lot and would definitely go to more classes. Today was a new "release" the instructor said she just learned/whatever... I think my favorite part was the overhead presses and weirdly the squats! I will definitely feel it tomorrow!!! I also took a spin class after, so my body will be loving/hating me. I'm still trying to recover 😅4 -
