So I did #11 today. Not sure how I feel about it. It was tough. But I didn't give it my all. I did it right after I did my run for the day. Next time I'll try to do one in the morning and the other at night. Side note: you guys really keep me going. Glad to have the support. Thanks a bunch.

Did w/o 10 last night, Got up this morning and did Turbo fire for cardio. That lil baby of mine was up again, so this time I just worked out in my room with him. Get out of bed each morning at 4:30 and do my workout.. Also try to get in an extra evening workout, whether its walking, jogging or a video... Also get rid of the snacking on useless crap.

Buy a Salted Caramel Cupcake from the cupcake truck.. I've been wanting to try it since forever, but the truck is about 30-40 mins from home and the drive makes me not want to go get one. But I heard they are to die for... Then I'm gonna go to the shoe store and buy a new pair of running shoes.

This morning I weighed in at 185.6.. My goal is to get under 180 by the end of Nov. Not quite 10lbs, but I at least want that.. 10lbs would be great, and I'm gonna try to push myself to do it!!

Hi all... I did workout 7 yesterday and about died.. Although, not as close to dying as I was the first time I did it. lol.... I can't get the arm/knee push ups, but at least I try. I just go back to modified and it still hurts like hell, so I guess that's better than nothing. I also ran/walked 2 miles right after.. Yay…
