A pale yellow always looks nice in the Kitchen - or at the least a pale color depending on how much light you get in there - but dark colors make rooms look smaller so also depending on size my help you decide what color to go with

i have regular massages esp for my IT band - granted my dh is a massage therapist so i dont have to pay.........but it helps alot

I have done it in the past when hitting a plateau - I read about it in one of Jillian Micheals books - either Making the Cut: The 30-Day Diet and Fitness Plan for the Strongest, Sexiest You or Winning by losing not sure which one. It helps - i find that most days i dont eat the same number of calories anyway.

No- those things are super uncomfertable -my dh had one after having surgery a few years ago, A good doctor would not approve that type of weight loss

I work off shifts and usually just enter my food like i normally would my meals may look weird but it works so my first meal is breakfast even if i am working nights and entering it at 7p etc

I would take it back - having worked fast food through high school and part of college I have little patience for having my food messed up - though i am usually nice about it when i do take it back but it does need to be fixed the way you order it.

I am a 38DD-40DDD depending on brand i wear a XL champion pull on sports bra with a XL (only cause i workout at home cause its tight) tank type workout top with the shelf bra in it - the girls are squeezed a bit but even when running they dont move

the bones reform every two years so if you keep a weight loss down for 2yrs or more you will start to notice a change it may take a few years to notice the more active and physically fit you are esp with weight training the quicker you will notice a difference.

i think it depends on what you are going for - speed, endurance etc. sometimes i do a quicker speed on a flat level other times a slower speed but up the incline- so i guess it depends on what you want out of the workout - i tend to change it up but i get bored easily.

When i was at the gym i took a clip board with the workout on them and wrote out exactly what the work out was with a stick figure if needed - it may have looked silly but i also was able to mark down how many sets/reps and the weight amount used each time i worked out.

I'm 5'4" and my goal is 130-140 depending on how i feel at that weight i may go smaller. I am looking at being more toned and fit then what the scale says

I think it is ok if it is varied - i work typically 12hr shifts sometimes 3a-3p or nights or day so my meals vary depending on when i am up and eating - as long as you stay within you calorie range you should be ok
