eating in the heat
So how do handle eating when its so hot out - I tend to lose my appitate then realize that I have only eatin maybe one meal or less- how do you get your calories in then.

So i have been thinking about buying the program but i want to know if it is really worth it and how much space you need to do the workout in? Also do you already need to be in pretty good shape are can you start it as a not quite beginner but not almost to the end yet? thanks for the help

long work hours
so does anyone else work long hours at work - i work mostly 12hour shift but alot of time have ended up makeing some of those 16hr and i usually work the next day. So what do you do for a workout - i am usualy exhausted by the time i get off and I drive and hour one way to work so even if i do a 12hr shift i get up at 4:30…

blemishes and losing weight
ok so i have been working out reg since april and i have noticed that my skin is horrible and seems to get worse the more weight (inches) that i am losing - i used to get an occasional pimple but now i am breaking out all the time -anyone else have this problem? jeans size down
I am psyched i just put on a pair of jeans 13/14s that i haven't worn in years i tried them on a few months ago and couldn't get them over my thighs:embarassed: but my zipper broke on my jeans i have been wearing 18s and these ones actually went on alitte snug but not to bad that i can't breath - i am just excited about it.

Hi i am new here :smile: - I have been working out regularly for the last 6mths my goal is to look and feel great in March 2010 when my dh and I renew our vows for our 10yr anniversary.
