I was one here really good about a year or so ago and let life get in the way - mostly frustrations from my dh being laid off and stress in the house from that - I started back to work in Dec so almost a year ago and have let my workout routine go therefore causeing me to gain back the 30 pounds that i originally lost. so i am looking at this as a fresh start to get motivated and get back on track.

You're not alone, the same thing happened to me when I was between jobs right after I got married . . . it's not an excuse but sometimes other aspects of life can affect the healthy eating/exercise regime in a very negative way.
Good to hear that you're back on the horse, so to speak.0 -
Thanks - i think one of the hardest for me is getting the motivation to work out after a 12 or 16 hour shift esp when i know i have to be back the next day and i have an hour drive one way -
So what does everyone else do?0
