I am a yo-yoer. For me, the weight came back in some new places and I ended up with a very different shape after regaining the weight than I had before I first lost the weight.

Love this app. I was a kickstarter so I got in on the ground floor. I've ran all the missions on the original Zombies Run and now am working my way through the 5k app. It motivates me to go out running even on days where I otherwise would not have been in the mood.

The new ww program was problematic for me as a vegetarian. With the free fruits and veggies I found I was rarely eating all my points and was eating extra to use the leftover points. After four weeks of no losses I started double tracking and found that the free fruits and veggies were putting me way over my calorie limit.…
