Well I put my activity level as 3-5hrs of exercise per week. But I am also quite overweight so as a higher weight wouldn't it calculate that as burning even more calories than say someone who was lighter?

I try to listen to my body as much as I can but usually its 3x a week cardio, and 2-3 days of strength training. If I feel super sore from anything I take a easy walk. Even on rest days I will do something light just because personally I don't feel right if I haven't done anything all day.

I agree, the Vegetarian pasta. The Gluten free Risottto con Pollo seems a good choice as well if you like your meat protein, whatever you choose maybe have them only bring you half the portion and box the other half to go to save calories. Not necessarily. I buy the Dannon Oikos Fat free greek yogurt and it only has 5 grams of sugar per cup.

It's hard to say how much sugar you're avoiding. I used to love the fruit flavored chobani's. But I decided to stick with plain greek yogurt and flavor it myself. Yeah everyone is different, if I'm doing strength training or cardio it helps me immensely, but for yoga calming sounds are much needed I agree.
