I lost about 12 pounds so far. I mostly use my 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michael's but I also use my treadmill once in a while but I give most credit for my weight loss to the dvd. I only use some dumbbells and a yoga mat for it. Haven't gone to the gym yet! Oh, I did start my workout at the very being with Zumba on my ps3.

This is how I am right now! My use-to-be favorite jeans now slide and get all baggy around my butt and in between my legs, bugs the crap out of me. And I got a smaller pair that fits everywhere but still fits a little tight where it gives me a little bit of a muffin top. And my boobs are shrinking!

I been thinking about that too! I think I am just going to wait till I really need new clothes because my old clothes are to loose. But I have some old clothes that couldn't fit very well that are starting to fit so I am hoping that can help too.

One thing I like to tell people about college is that reading the chapters that they assign for class really do make a difference. I never read textbooks in high school but college was a different experience for me there.

So rude. But on a positive note. Keep doing what you are doing. Count your calories and maybe add something extra in. Like walking on the treadmill or going for a walk outside. Just stay positive!

I try to eat breakfast but if I am not hungry or get up late I usually don't eat till lunch. I may grab a special k protein shake. I also don't follow the whole eat like a king for breakfast and like a peasant for supper. I am backwards on that. Because I am usually more hungry for supper than breakfast!

Maybe you should look into Jillian Michael's 30DS. It is a combination of 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, and 1 minute abs. Supposed to help burn calories and tone muscle. I like doing it and it is only 20 minutes long not including the cool down and warm up. I think it may be 24 minutes total?

I couldn't go on with the day if I only had 900 calories! I love food to much! SW: 149 ish? CW:140 GW: 125 or 115 depends when I get there

I don't really care for olives. I will eat them if they are already on a pizza has long as the pizza is not covered in olives.

It wasn't everyday. I weigh myself all this morning. The first weight I got didn't seem right, so I tried it again and it kept changing.

I figured the averages for the 140.2, 139.8, and the 140.2 and it came up with the weight that I had last week. So I guess that is better than gaining right??

Thank you! It does help. I just figured since I know I lost about an 1 1/2 in total that I would of seen an improvement in my weight... But I am usually not standing up straight when I weigh myself so I think I will try again tomorrow and make sure I stand up straight and see it that helps! Thanks!
