Make it like ceviche. Add lemon, cilantro, onions, tomatoes and salt. If you like it to have a little kick chop jalapenos.

I like the challenge. My challenge is hard need to lose 9.2 lbs by 9/15. I will reduce my calorie intake and exercise 6 days a week. I will post results every wed until the end. Good luck everyone. :happy:
