I LOVE fruit and it's super healthy so I hardly ever even track it anymore. The way I look at it, if I'm over my sugar by eating candy or drinking soda, that's not good. But if all my sugar is from natural, organic fruit then I'm going to eat all the fruit I want.

I made an omelette this morning! I made it with two eggs, cut up leftover turkey, and low-fat shredded cheese. It was pretty yummy and a unique way to get rid of that turkey!
