I'm 5'2, 155, and almost an hourglass (just a darn half inch more on my bust and hips!). I wear a size 4, and I'm still losing. I used to stress about my curves but I'm starting to grow content with the fact that I'm just thick and there's nothing I can really do about it. That being said, I have a much taller,…

Add me if you'd like! :) Almost 20, double major in Psychology and English.

This doesn't hit close to home for me at all   One of my first steps in getting started with weight loss was becoming more positive about my body, which is my business only. What I look like and why is my business. I'm a tidy, non-muffin top, consistent size 3/4 at 155 pounds (and I'm a shorty!), so this…

^^^^All of this. Maybe people can't afford new clothes, maybe they don't WANT new clothes, maybe tight clothes make them feel hot, who cares? I wish we could just let people live in their own bodies and change if they WANT to, not because it would be more aesthetically pleasing to us. People try to squeeze into things as…

My sizes are pretty consistent according to where I shop. I'm 155 and wear a 3/4. At just 6 pounds heavier, I was in a 5/6, but I AM only 5'2. I'm technically overweight by bmi standards, but I'm leaning out. It's tough for me because I can't find anyone with a body composition like mine! Everyone's like, "A size 4 at your…

I'd like to join please, too, if there's still room!

Count me in! May 15th is the end of my semester and I'd like to buy some new jeans by then
-
I love Tanesha!

Count me in! I've been steadily losing but I want to alter my overall body composition a bit. Also, I just need to get used to exercising daily.

Exactly this. I am an hourglass shape. At my lowest and highest weights, I am still an hourglass shape. The number on the tag may go up or down, but the overall cut, shape, and style of my clothing doesn't change.

I have a petite frame as well (5"2.5) although I'm overweight for it, and I intend to drop down to 125. Maybe you carry the weight well at 144, but if you feel that you were healthier and felt better about yourself at 120, go for it! As long as you're not hurting anyone it's nobody's business but yours.

I'm 5"2.5 and my goal weight is 140 (the highest end on those nonsense BMI scales) I went away to school and gained fifteen pounds and wish I could be back at 150 again because I remember how good I felt! But I also have an hourglass shape with curves I don't want to lose, so I think that I would be the most comfortable at…
