I'm with you! Right now my biggest thing is what to snack on. I used to eat granola bars, cookies, or crackers and cheese, and I'm not sure if those are so good anymore. I didn't really have a plan, but this works for me! I'm 160 post-baby weight, and it's been a year. I want to be 130 again! This will be great motivation. Thanks for the suggestion! We can do it!!
