So you have allowed yourself about 2500 calories per day? How did you work that out? As you haven't given us details on your body size we can't see if your over or under eating. But sounds like you have got the figure from somewhere so I wouldn't eat any less then you have at 84,583.

good for you. Its so hard to stop isn't it? I've found increasing the amount of protein I have at breakfast has really helped me. The other thing I found that helps is to plan treats into my meal plan. Some dark chocolate to enjoy at the end of the day gives me something to focus on and look forward to. :laugh:

I have just started strength training 2 weeks ago and have been surprised with how much has come off my middle. :blushing: Worth trying out.

Tinagn, you are the same height as me and I started out with the 1200 calorie goal. I did find I was tired a lot plus got fed up adding every time I walked the dog or any little bit of exercise. I now eat between 1500-1700 and feel much better but I still lose weight every week. I only log exercise but don't eat back the…

For a warm drink I have green tea or add a slice of ginger to hot water. In cold water I sometimes add mint leaves and/or a slice of cucumber.

Have you tried measuring to see if you have lost some inches? Sometimes the scales don't do a true reflection of your success.
