I make a protein shake too. I use half a frozen banana, half a cup of frozen fruit, half a cup of Greek yogurt, half a cup of skimmed milk, half an avocado and a scoop of protein powder. The avocado gives it staying power and it becomes a meal rather than a snack.

Hi. I am a former user of WW online too. I found it didn't work well for me as I like fruit too much and on WW fruit is free. Since joining MFP I have lost around 1.5 to 2 pounds per week. Good luck with your weight loss.

I've tried both but I like this one better. It seems more accurate to me.
