  • My "cheat" days are only on specfically planned date nights with my husband. For example-last night we went to Red Lobster. Now, I went WAY over on calories, but I am not beating myself up-because we had an awesome date night. We don't do that but once a month-once every other month? It isn't a "ton", so I consider that ok.
  • I have never been to a Zumba class, nor have I watched the DVD. But-I have the Wii version-and LOVE IT! In fact, that is what I started my day off with today! So much fun to start the day dancing-talk about ready for a great day!

  • They may not have drinks to track. I only drink water, therefore you don't see beverages in mine. I do drink coffee in the morning, and that is the only beverage that is ever listed for me.
  • Previous week- 176.8 This week- 175.8 Exactly a pound lost! I will take it. I want more-because I feel i have been working for it-but that is ok. I will take that over a gain, which is what I had last week! (Didn't lose enough to even make up for the gain I experienced last week! GRRRRR!)

  • I did that when I was in Weight Watchers. You just "netted" out at the end of the week-I did lose 20 pounds on the WW plan, so I think that it worked. I guess as long as it wasn't an "all the time" sort of thing.
  • I love this game!!! It is fun-and a great workout. (I do mine in my living room-so on the carpet, doesn't seem to be an issue so far!)

  • I weigh every day-but am going away from that. I personally, get too upset if it goes up. However-I have always only "logged" it once a week-every Friday.
  • Well-I had a gain this week-so I can't post what worked! I will try harder and get back on track. I started the 30DS, but missed two days due to being sick. Oh well-I was able to get it in this morning-and am determined to take this one day at a time-and lose this weight!

  • I am doing with this with a few other people, and we all agreed so far on 10 days per level. I would say I am almost ready for level 2, this will be my 5th day also (as soon as I get home and do it, haha). I am loving/hating it!   • It will be a long journey-but it is for your life. It is worth it. I am looking to lose 40 more pounds-and so far I have struggled. It didn't come on overnight-therefore it isn't going away overnight. It is a demanding journey, but worth the effort.
