For me-I really did find it was about slow. And, I still have days where I mess up-and I am sure those will continue. The main thing is to learn what you should be doing, and start doing them in baby steps. You can't make all the changes overnight and expect them to stick. Good luck!

Laughing cow cheese wedge with celery sticks is a great snack for me! Also, peanut butter and bananas (addicted to that!)

I alternate between that and dipping my salad in the dressing (Lightly, I don't mean dunking!) I don't know if I could ever even go back to putting the dressing ON the salad! (Unless it is my measured light Italian that I use at home)

My biggest pet peeve, which grows by the day, is the lack of respect for the English language. I am sick of seeing so many things misspelled, along with such poor sentence structure. I use the liquid Coffemate Creamer. I like all the different flavors-and I only drink one cup of coffee a day, so I am not going to worry about it. I log it, with everything else-but I am not willing to give it up. I have given up a million other things-my coffee and creamer stay!

In the 2011 version of Eat This Not That book, they talk about how bad that place is for you. It is insane-and I will not be going back, just because I believe they could make it better and just aren't doing so. For that, I will not eat there.

Well...I will add mine on:) I used to drink Turtle Mocha's from Caribou coffee....some days I would have two! (Medium sized!) I don't eat within an hour of getting up. You should do what is best for you. I get up at 5:15 to work out and don't eat until I get to work-8 AM. I just don't have the time in between then, so I have to do what I can. I do drink water though.
