When I stopped eating as much processed foods-my sodium went way down. It still goes up every now and again-but I can say, watching that number has helped.

I had a great week! I lost 2 pounds, and I am so proud of myself. I was very picky about everything I ate, and paid more attention to my exercise and water intake. It paid off-and I am really excited! I really want to get the weight loss going-and hoping that I have found a good rythem!!!

This is why my diary is private-I don't want people judging what I eat. I figure I am here for myself, and I like to have support from others-and I like to give support. This is a different experience for all of us, and I am not here to judge someone on what they eat. I have bigger things to worry about than that.

To get mine-I eat Weight Control Oat Meal, Campbells Soup, and just read the labels on what i eat. Between Protein and Fiber-those are the two that I watch the most to make sure I get them (to keep full!).

I can have 1350. (GRR-sometimes I think that isn't enough!) Coffee-105 Oat Meal- 160 Lunch- 300 Snacks (2)- 200 Dinner-around 600 I know I seem to eat bigger dinners than the other people on here-but my husband and I eat together-so I prefer to save my bigger meal for then.

I think it is because the BMR is without doing anything-I mean-just laying in bed. So, you are naturally burning more than that when you get out of bed and move around and go about your day. That is where the other numbers come in-why you should list your activity level, etc.

I say go for it. Just remember the highlights you have to keep up with-but honestly-it will be worth it for you to feel better. I know when i went to a salon counter and had them teach me how to put makeup on and bought good makeup-it totally helped me.

In my personal opinion, I think that you should really try to track every day. Also, I do see that you are going well over the 1200 range, so I think that part is fine-I think you should just spread your meals out a wee bit more. Just my opinion though-I am still struggling to lose my weight-so I am no expert!

I can't eat the samples. I don't know what customers might have inadvertantly touched it or their kids or any number of horrible things. (Yup-irrational, but it does keep me away from them!)

Feeling like crap. Had a gain, again. I have lost and gained the same 1/1.5 pounds for over a month. Sick of this, and really ticked off. I am trying, and thought i was getting the hang of things. GRRRRR

Up 1.2 pounds. 175.2 Sick of this. I have been gaining and losing the same pound/pound and a half for over a month now. Completely upset right now, and not sure what to do about it. I just want to say WTF. Grr. :explode:

I went in to check it out several months ago. It was so expensive. I saw the food list-but it didn't look like anything I could stick with-because it had a lot of seafood-which I don't eat. However-I have only heard good things from the people who have done it.

Yeah-that one had me at 129....my goal is 134, now-that may only be 5 pounds different-but really-in the long run, that can seem like a lot!

Wii Zumba has been out awhile. It is awesome-and the songs are continuous. Well-there is a 5 second break-for you to get a drink.

When I use the salad bar-I do add all the different ingredients seperatly.

I was like that-and went on the old system at WW and lost 20 pounds, because of the meetings to keep me on track. Now I am just more dedicated, so I can use this site, but really-if that is what it takes-I say go for it. Not sure how the new system works-but I loved the meetings to keep me on track.
