If I was trying to gain weight I would force it. I am trying to lose it though so I only eat when I am hungry. Sometimes this means I go over my calorie goal, but most of the time it means I am under.

Listen to your doctor. Not worth risking ruining your health and perfectly good boob job to start lifting a few weeks early.

The pose is different and you are closer to the camera in the newer picture but you do look slimmer around the waist and hips. The more consistant your photos are the easier it will be to see the difference.

Don't eat when you're not hungry. Sometimes people eat when they are bored. I used to do it far more than I care to admit. Now I only tend to eat when I am actually hungry rather than when I want to entertain myself by eating.
