  • I make smoothies at home too. It's a great, quick breakfast or "snack" too. I don't really use specific measurements anymore cause I'm always in a hurry but these are my ingredients: frozen strawberries, 1/4 of a banana, 2 tbs. of vanilla whey protein powder, a few "shakes" of flaxseed from the bag, two very large scoops…
