Really awesome post. Life is full of "situations" with food. And I don't know about you, but the reason I am in the situation I am in weight-wise is because of the way I used to handle those situations. But times, they are a changin'. Thank you for your inspiring post!

I heard someone say, once, that you may not feel like getting out and exercising, but you are rarely (if ever!) sorry you went when you are done. Don't think about it or wait for your motivation to arrive, just go and do. You'll feel so much better. Start with a walk tonight.
