  • My trainer said it's what you eat from January to Christmas, not Christmas to January that counts. It may not address Thanksgiving specifically, but the point being that you can celebrate on holidays as long as your overall diet is done well throughout the whole year.
  • Regarding why poeple who eat too few calories actualy slow down the weight loss: This happens basically because your body goes into "starvation" mode and while I don't know all the science behind it relates to your Metabolism slowing down to save energy etc.
