It's A LOT more than a lot of parents do. I work in a school system and it always warms my heart to see parents spending quality time with their kids and instilling some good healthy habits to boot! You don't have to take the extra credit but I'm giving it to you anyway >:(! :bigsmile:

How long have you been at a "plateau." Sometimes you'll just randomly have a few weeks with no loss. It happens. If it goes on for much more than a few weeks then I usually get a little concerned.

That's too cool! We have our AC set based on time and days of the week. Monday - Friday it's set to 80 from 8 am - 4 pm when we're usually at work then it drops to 76 when I come home in the afternoons. It drops down to 73 around 9:30 pm and stays at 76 on Saturdays and Sundays.

This is how I did it too. Went through the program working on endurance rather than speed the first few times. Did the full program at 4.5 mph, then at 5.0 mph, and now am doing it again at 6.0 mph.
