Thanks for all of that! I've always had a weight problem. I used to have trouble keeping weight on. Now I can't get it off, even if I am FASTING. I assumed being 51 and hormonally changing was the reason.

Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat! If you are lifting weights, you may be gaining muscle weight. Try checking your measurements to see results. You may be more on track than you think. Blessings, Carol
