  • I am 210 lbs, 5'10" and on Day 1 it was 312 and Day 2 it was 320. Glad to see someone else has over 300 also...I thought it was really high at first.
  • I logged it as circuit training, but I didn't use the generic calories burned it shows you in the exercise tracker. I am using a HRM and it said I burn more, so I went with that number.
  • I put the 30DS as circuit training, general, but didn't go off the calories listed. I am using a HRM, which showed I burned way more than the generic calories that come up in the exercise tracker. HRM is the best investment I have made!
