My wife and I go swimming 3 times a week - i know that if we didn't have that other person to go with, we probably wouldn't go. Having a work-out partner is motivating.

So week 1 is a practice run, to see what my normal routine is like (but i'm already making adjustments by drinking less soda - and that's a major change for me). On the other hand - went to Denny's at day 2 - an 1100 Calorie meal (Yikes). won't do that very often!!
