Sounds great. I'm In! Alright I'm 5'6'' Starting Weight: 140 Goal Weight by 12/15: 125 Other goals: Up my Pop Pilates workouts to 4 times a week and 45 minutes. Also I want to run 20 to 25 minutes straight.

In the morning, as soon as I wake up. I only do this once a week though.

Mile or so run this morning with the puppy and 5 blogilates videos. Not too bad.
