  • Day 9, level 2. I really don't enjoy this level at all. I actually felt like I was going to have a heart attack this morning.   • Day 4, level 2. My right knee is hurting today, I don't like the pendulum squats but am getting on with it. I find it better if I do it in the morning, I feel energised for the rest of the day and it's out of the way then.
  • I use 1.5kg weights but have weak arms/wrists. Did day 1 of level 2 today and it was harder and will take me a while to get the moves right. Wrists are tender but I'm hoping I'll get stronger as the days go on. Would love to see my belly go down a bit...
  • I've just re measured myself after the first 10 days on level 1 and have lost 8.5 inches overall, and gained 2lbs. I'm starting level 2 tomorrow :)
  • I've just done day 5 of level one. It is getting easier, I can even do the girly push ups without stopping now. I still struggle with the weights when doing the side lunges but getting better.
  • I just started day 1, level 1 today. Did it in my Zaggora Hotpants too so am doubly sweaty. I don't mind the jump rope but really struggle with press ups.
