I did day 1 level 1 yesterday but did level 2 today. I may try to alternate between the 2, although I really have pulled a muscle in my abs and it hurts when doing the leg movements in the ab work! I found I barely broke into a sweat with level 3...

I must confess to being a bit slack with level 2. Will start level 3 tomorrow and try to complete it.

day 17, my right knee hurts, my right ankle hurts and I've pulled a muscle in my abs lol!! And I still have a muffin top..

I hate level 2!! Pendulum squats and plank moves. Getting up and down all the time bugs me too lol. No weight loss for me either mycrazy8s

I didn't lose any weight last time I did it, but lost inches. Re weighing and measuring on day 10 :)

Day 7 done this morning. I'm full of cold but managed it today. Hoping for an early night and some sleep so I'm ready for tomorrow.

I've been doing mine in the morning else I'd just put it off then not do it. My legs are feeling a bit better today I'm just working through the aches lol

I pushed myself and my legs are really aching today. It hurts going up and down stairs and sitting down lol. I did day 2 this morning.

I did day 1 at 7am. I didn't rest at all but still find the weight lifting tough. Must work my arms more!

No other equipment needed, unless you want to use heavier weights?

My knees are hurting. In level 3 you do jumping jacks with weights and other jumping movements, squats and rockstar jumps/skip rope. I'm just grinning and bearing it tbh.

Yes, I quite enjoyed it. I found level 2 really terrible and hard work but level 3 seemed easier compared.

Day 1 of level 3 today. After level 2, I must say it was quite pleasant lol.

So after nearly killing myself with level 2, I have lost a grand total of 1.2lbs and half an inch from my hips!! OMG!! I'm SO disappointed!!! All that work for that!!! *CRY*
