  • I agree with the suggestions of bringing a healthy snack, going for a walk, and carrying no cash (if you feel vulnerable w/o any, leave it in your car so if you really need it, you have to go for a walk to get it, thus giving you time to think away your craving).   • Hi, I'm new on this too. I've never tracked food before, but I can see it keeping me in line. It's hard to ignore when its all in front of you. It's not only helping to keep my calories under control, but the protein /carb/ fats ratio also... inspires me to make better choices.
