Yesterday was day 8 for me, and I actually managed to do standard push-ups through the whole first set. (Then I moved to modified for the second set). I was pretty excited.

Checking in for last night which was my D6 L1 I really didn't want to do it, but I made myself, and it wasn't so bad. Able to mostly get through the workout without stopping. I am on Level One Day Six. I didn't take my measurements when I started, so I don't really know how things have changed, but I am feeling like my pants are loose now. I vary mine depending on the exercise. i have a hard time with the leg/arm combos so I use the smaller two pound weights for those. On the easier strength excercises I use five pound weights.
