Hi! I just started The Bar Method 3 weeks ago. It is so hard!! And for some crazy reason, I love it!!! :happy: Wish I could make it to the 6am classes. But 4:30pm is good, too. How long have you guys been taking it?

Lost 3 lbs since I started 2 wks ago. I'm so impatient. Thought I should be further along. But, I heard somewhere "slow and steady wins the race." So, I'm now considering it a win! :smile:
