  • I am 5'3 and 165. I would like to be at least 140 by June for a vacation. I'm three weeks in, doing p90x.
  • Did you ever figure out how to get that stuff down?? OMG it has to be the nastiest stuff ever! I have mixed it with raspberries, orange juice, all kinds of stuff. I swear, it makes me want to vomit (which I did after one of the tries to drink).
  • I would love to. I just started on Wednesday. Today was day three for me. I need to lose at least 25 to get down to the "fat high" of the normal weight for my size.   • I'm 5'3 too : ) I think your profile pic looks just fine, but I understand wanting to weigh less. The lowest I have been is 108, but I wanted to be 103. I just couldn't get that last 5. LOL That was in high school. Now I'm nearly 40, 170 lbs and my goal is 130. I would be happy with 150 at this point!! : )

  • When I think of spinach I think of all the trouble I had getting my son to eat it. I found that if you add it to a tomato-based product, like speghetti (sp?) sauce, you can't even taste it!   • I remembered today that I should have posted yesterday. Then I went to post and noticed that I am a whole week behind. UGH. I guess I haven't been losing, so I haven't been posting. Sorry. I was 155.6 today.

  • Okay, I haven't lost or gained. But, I consider that pretty good - - I was on vacation. I know I walked a lot, but I pigged out and drank some fabulous alcoholic beverages! : ) So, I'm 173.

  • What's worked for me the in the last 10 weeks - haven't realy noticed anything, but I keep cheating and jumping off the wagon and then beating myself up!! Goals for the next 10 weeks: Get to the gym and exercise at least 6 hours per week. Changes for this time: Not going to blow it every weekend! 10 weeks - I can do this!
