  • It definitely is for me. The cost is $10/month for Planet Fitness. Much cheaper than many other gyms. I use the machines & it is much easier for me to track how I'm doing by adding the weight on the strength training machines and resistance on ellipticals & treadmills.
  • I went to church & we had a carry-in breakfast, so that's challenging. I had a deviled egg (1/2 egg), 1/2 banana, 1/2 of a pastry with strawberries, 1/2 of an english muffin with about 1 tsp of nutella. Kind of a mishmash of halfs!
