I prefer About Time 100% whey protein isolate mixed with water. The chocolate and mocha mint flavors are best in my opinion. Each scoop is only 101 calories with 24g of protein and 0g of fat.

I keep peanut butter, peanuts, pistacchios, tuna, and syntha-6 (protein supplement/meal replacement) at my desk for when i need a quick snack.
