Hi there! I would love to be friends to help motivate! I tried to send you a friend request, but I couldn't figure it out...but feel free to friend me! I go to OTF 4-5 days a week and have been since March. I still get super sore at times, but I find that once I get moving at my workout it gets better. I have canceled a…

For me, I'm not trying to stop eating at a time because I think the time of day that I eat is important. I just know that my downfall is to eat good and healthy all day long and then have that free for all you are taking about at night that puts me way over my calories for the day. So, I'm putting the time cutoff on myself…

Me: 2 LNS: 0 Again, this challange has helped me out. Last night I had class so I ate dinner while there, but stayed pretty healty considering it was from a coffee shop. Hy everyone. I'm 31 and working to lose 35 pounds. I tend to be an on again, off again person when it comes to weightloss, but I'm at it again. Starting by exercising and back to tracking what I eat. Hope to get to know you guys :)

Ah...week 5 scared me to, but this week I'm on to week 6. I did slow the pace down just a little bit in week 5 and that seemed to help me a lot :) You can do it!!!

I'm on week 6, but I'm actually planning to start the program over at a faster speed when I'm done with it to keep pushing myself. I'm a really slow runner (some of which I'm blaming on my height LOL), so I'm hoping this will help me get faster steadily.
