If you want to lose fat, you need to limit your intake of fat. Limiting your calories will only get you so far. Diet with a proper exercise routine that includes strength and cardio training will get you were you want to be.

So for Breakfast this morning i'm making grilled portobello mushroom tops stuffed with apple-wood smoked cheddar green onion and baby spinach topped off with a fried egg. comes in at about 300 cal. Very very satisfying.

i try to mix it up. Eggs-bacon-Bagel, oatmeal-molasses,, cereal-with fruit. Whatever i am in the mood for that day. Remember breakfast is your most important meal. Supposed to eat like a King.
